Service Terms

These terms apply to Rogue Development services and commissioned work, including server setups, plugin configuration, and custom plugin development. By purchasing or commissioning a service from Rogue Development, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these terms.

01Quotes & Scope

  • Every project is quoted based on its agreed scope, complexity, integrations, and expected development time.
  • Work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote.
  • Please review the agreed requirements before development begins.

02Payments

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins.
  • Larger projects may require an upfront payment or milestone-based payments.
  • Work may be paused when an agreed payment has not been completed.

03Delivery Times

  • Any estimated completion date is an estimate unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
  • Delays may occur when requirements change, third-party software causes issues, or required information is not provided on time.
  • We will communicate significant changes to the expected delivery window.

04Revisions

  • Reasonable revisions that remain within the original project scope can be discussed during development.
  • Major redesigns, additional systems, or newly requested functionality may be quoted separately.

05Server Setups & Configuration

  • Rogue Development is not responsible for problems caused by changes made after delivery by the customer or another third party.
  • Third-party plugin compatibility depends on the software and APIs made available by those developers.
  • Paid third-party plugins must be purchased and licensed appropriately by the customer.

06Custom Development

  • Deliverables will be defined before development begins.
  • Source code is only included when explicitly stated in the agreed project scope.
  • Reselling, redistributing, or claiming commissioned work as your own commercial product is not permitted unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

07Support

  • Support is provided through the official Rogue Development Discord.
  • Please use the appropriate ticket channels rather than Direct Messages.
  • Support covers issues related to the delivered work and agreed scope.
  • Additional development or unrelated changes may require a new quote.

08Third-Party Services

Rogue Development is not responsible for outages, discontinued APIs, licensing changes, or breaking changes made by third-party services, hosting providers, Minecraft plugins, or platforms.

09Refunds

Because development and configuration services involve time-based digital work, completed work is generally non-refundable. Any refund request will be reviewed based on the circumstances and the amount of work already completed.

10Conduct

Abusive behaviour, fraudulent chargebacks, intentional license abuse, or attempts to redistribute paid work may result in support being suspended.
